Features

Everything on board, as standard.

A look down into the Urbania cabin — what’s fitted, and where you’ll find it.

Top-down view of the Force Urbania cabin: six leather captain seats in three rows either side of a central aisle, a full-width bench at the rear, and a dashboard with a touchscreen at the front.

Entertainment system

Touchscreen head unit, Bluetooth audio and speakers front to back — the playlist stays a group decision.

Seats that fully recline

Quilted leather captain chairs, an armrest either side, and enough travel to sleep the drive off.

Ambient cabin lighting

Cove lighting along the roofline that takes the cabin from daylight bright to a quiet glow after dark.

Climate to the last row

Vents run the length of the cabin, so row three gets the same air as the seat behind the driver.

Stand up and walk through

A full-height aisle down the middle. Move about mid-journey without anyone folding a seat forward.

Rear bench and boot

A full-width bench across the back, and luggage space behind it for the bags that fit nowhere else.

FAQs

Asked often.

Rates, capacities and what actually lands on the invoice. If your question isn’t here, ask us on WhatsApp — we answer in minutes, not days.

  • Local trips inside Bangalore start at ₹6,500 for an 8 hour / 80 km package, running to ₹9,500 depending on which Urbania you take. Outstation trips are billed by distance instead — ₹34–₹48 per kilometre, with a 300 km per day minimum and a ₹700 per day driver allowance.

Whichever vehicle you pick, our rate sits ₹5 a kilometre under what the same journey is typically quoted at in Bangalore. Toll, parking, inter-state permits and GST are billed at actuals on top, so the quote you get is the invoice you get.

  • A full day within the city is the 12 hour / 100 km package, which runs ₹9,500–₹12,500 by vehicle. The shorter 8 hour / 80 km package starts at ₹6,500.

For a full day outstation, a trip at the 300 km daily minimum works out to roughly ₹10,900 on our most affordable Signature Class van and ₹15,100 on the Maharaja Class 9 seater, driver allowance included. Distance beyond the minimum is simply added at the same per-kilometre rate — there is no second day rate stacked on top.

  • Outstation runs are ₹34–₹48 per kilometre, set by vehicle and class: Signature Class is ₹34–₹36 per km, Maharaja Class is ₹45–₹48 per km.

On local packages the kilometres inside the package are already paid for. Anything past the 80 km included bills at that same per-km rate — ₹34–₹48 — and time past the package hours at ₹350–₹600 an hour.

  • We run four capacities — 9, 10, 12 and 16 seats — and each of those is passenger seats, with the driver on top. A 16 seater carries 16 travellers and is registered 16+1.

Maharaja Class comes as a 9, 10 and 12 seater and trades seats for room: fewer chairs, deeper recline, more space around each one. Signature Class comes as a 10, 12 and 16 seater and is the usual answer for family trips, office groups and airport runs.

  • Yes — every Urbania we rent is chauffeur-driven, and the driver comes with the vehicle at no separate charge. We don't offer self-drive. Our drivers hold commercial passenger licences, work with us full time, and know both the city and the routes out of it.

On local packages the driver's time is inside the package rate. On outstation trips a driver allowance, or bata, of ₹700 a day is added to cover meals and an overnight stay away from home.

  • Included: the vehicle, fuel, the driver, and the hours and kilometres in the package you book. Fuel is never billed separately — it is already inside the package and per-km rates.

Charged on top at actuals: toll, parking, inter-state permit charges and GST, plus the ₹700 a day driver bata on outstation trips. We quote these as separate lines rather than folding an estimate into the headline price, because they depend entirely on the route — a padded all-inclusive figure is one no real invoice can match.

If a trip runs past what you booked, extra kilometres are ₹34–₹48 and extra hours ₹350–₹600, by vehicle. Nothing else is added after the fact.

  • Local: the smallest booking is the 8 hour / 80 km package, and it is billed in full even if you use less. A 40 km airport drop is charged as 80 km.

Outstation: 300 km per day, counted across the whole trip rather than day by day. A two-day trip covering 450 km is billed at 600 km; a two-day trip covering 800 km is billed at 800. Past the minimum you pay only for the distance actually run.
